Syntron® Paper Joggers are ideal for aligning inserts in newspaper operations.

The Syntron® J-50 Flat Deck Jogger is the perfect complement to newspaper inserting machines. Space-saving and portable, these joggers can be placed on the machine's shelving or on Syntron jogger stands.

Single-action vertical vibration of the Model J-50, equipped with either a 14" x 20" or 17" x 22" flat hardwood maple deck, quickly aerates and aligns various types of inserts for proper feeding prior to loading into the inserting machines.

The J-50 unit is capable of jogging lifts of paper stock in sizes up to 17"x22" and loads weighing up to 50 pounds (stock must be operator-held during jogging).

Ideal for bench or table work, this compact, space-saving jogger can be supplied with a portable stand or a special, 30-inch-high portable stand for tall operating personnel.

The J-50 flat deck can be used to quickly aerate and align:

Model J-1

Choose this model for easy access single bin to align and  feed up to 1-1/2 reams of tightly packed copier paper in sizes up to legal size. The 2-pocket rack handles small cards to legal-size sheets. Assures automatic, one-at-a-time feeding.

Model J-50
The J-50  with special 4-bin rack features deep bins for aligning paper up to 8-1/2 x 14 inches. For paper sizes up to 17 x 22 inches, the J-50 Flat Deck can jog up to 50 pounds. The J-50 tilt deck features double action for easy alignment of stock loads to 15 pounds prior to cutting, trimming, collating or folding operations.

Model TJ-2
Quickly align paper stock (up to 23 x 29 inches) for small, offset presses with the Syntron TJ-2 tilt rack. Handles stock up to 30 pounds prior to cutting and binding.

Syntron® Dental Packers offer years of trouble-free service in the compaction of dental molds. Their vibratory action frees trapped air bubbles and provides added density and strength to the dental investment.  Unlike competitive models that provide only a few pre-set vibration settings, Syntron Dental Packers offer variable control, from barely perceptible levels to full power.  Simply dial the vibration adjustment for the type of investing and model pouring desired.

Syntron Dental Packers are durable.  Their electromagnetic design offers several advantages.  There have no moving parts, therefore, they never need to be lubricated.  Since they are not motor driven, they can operate continuously without damage from heat build-up.  Their high-frequency vibratory action (3600 vibrations per minute) eliminates trapped air bubbles and voids in fresh dental molds, thus assuring solid, dense molds. 

These units are completely self-contained, and the drive units are enclosed in aluminum for resistance to rust and corrosion.  They're small and lightweight so they can be easily moved to wherever they are needed.  The one-piece rubber deck has a raised rubber lip that helps keep the mold or other material on the deck.  The rubber deck is removable for easy cleaning.
