The MJ1000 does so much for the teller in the very smallest of packages. Only 22 square inches, this multi-function device validates cut-forms such as deposit slips, cash tickets, and receipts with its inkjet print station. Check details such as routing and account numbers are automatically input with the built-in MICR reader, thus speeding transactions and reducing errors. An optional magnetic stripe reader can be used to capture customer card information. The available barcode reader can automate the input of bar-coded forms. The MJ1000 is easy to interface, too, with the supplied OPOS drivers.

The Addmaster IJ2000 Receipt/Validation Printer prints a single line of 75 characters on a cut form receipt, much like the IJ1000. Additionally, a traveling print cartridge prints bi-directionally onto a continuous 3 inch wide paper roll, which can be used as either a journal or a receipt.

With a compact footprint of 52 square inches, the IJ2040 prints at a quiet 49 decibels using the trouble free Hewlett-Packard ink jet cartridge. The inkjet cartridge is a non-impact print head without moving parts. This long lasting cartridge is easy to replace when ink is expended, eliminating the hassle and mess associated with impact printers and ribbons.
Print messages may be directed by the host to the journal, the validator, or both. When printing, the heads print bi-directionally while gliding quietly across the carriage. When validating, forms are ejected into a multiple item catch chute for easier handling. Print fields are user-defined via host software control, and characters can be printed in four fonts, all of which can be bold, expanded, or expanded bold.
