When Order is received, confirmation will be sent via email with an order number.

PAYMENT AND SHIPPING

Payment on-line is either by Visa or Mastercard. Orders can be done over the phone by calling 800.282.1221 and sending a check in advance of order shipment.

Shipping and delivery is done via UPS. Ground, Next Day and Second Day service is available. Pricing is according to UPS rates plus a handling fee.

EXCHANGES OR RETURNS

The following products are not eligible for exchanges and returns: custom orders that require engraving, custom fabrication, special configuration or any type of special program chips. If unit is damaged, note damage on the shipping receipt in as much detail as possible. Once we are informed we will either repair the unit to satisfactory condition or replace unit. If an item is defective in the first 90 days we will replace it at no additional charge to you. Items that show wear, excessive use, abuse or damage from operator error or an act of God will not be accepted for return.

If unit is received in good condition, performs to specifications and you decide to return it in the first 30 days, you will be subject to a 35% restocking fee. Shipping charges associated with the return, including the original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Return shipments must be insured for purchase price of the item. 

All returns must receive a return authorization number, by calling 800.282.1221. This code should be written on the outside of the box and on all accompanying documentation. It must be in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals and warranty information. It should also include a description of the issue and your contact information.  It should be shipped to:
